Applications are currently open for the London Creative Network (LCN) Programme at Cockpit Arts.

The LCN Programme at Cockpit Arts is a professional development programme designed to help craft makers to enhance their ability to advance their business – whether through new products and services, new ways of doing things, or both. It is unique in that it’s currently the only way that makers not based at Cockpit Arts can access our business support free of charge.

Our workshop programme is a bespoke offer of information-led and practical workshops delivered by the Business Incubation Team at Cockpit Arts. We cater for all types of craft practices; from batch producers to artist-makers.

The London Creative Network is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund and the programme is due to end in March 2020. This application round is your last chance to chance to participate in our full 9 part workshop series as part of the programme.

What makers have said about LCN …

“Being a maker today means that you need to be able to do much more than just making- Having the support of the LCN team and cockpits in so reassuring. I can’t imagine where I’d be without the constant support and backup.” FFlur Owen

“As a new creative practice, I have found being part of the LCN programme very grounding at a time when I haven’t stopped moving.  It has helped me to harness opportunities and develop my nascent business despite being so busy.  Thank you!” Ella Fearon-Low

“LCN is an amazing programme for anyone who needs support in developing their businesses. Because its free, it would be easy to be blasé about the support and to lose sight of its value, but it really is a fantastic programme that offers so much opportunity to learn and grow.” Rob Brain
